Recento Slide · Part of Recento Pro
Press ⌃⌘V and a bar slides up from the bottom of the screen with your clips, collections, recent screenshots and shelf items. Pick one and it pastes right where you were typing.

The things you saved are useful only if you can reach them while you work. Opening a separate window, finding the clip, copying it and clicking back into your document breaks your train of thought every time.
Recento Slide lets you paste from your clipboard history on Mac without leaving the app you are in. Press ⌃⌘V, choose a clip, a screenshot or a file with the arrow keys or by typing, and press Return. The bar closes and the item lands where your cursor was.

The first tab is your Recento Clipboard history, newest first. Each collection you made in Recento Clipboard gets its own tab, so filed links and snippets are a keystroke away.
A tab shows your latest Recento Snap screenshots, recordings and GIFs. Paste a screenshot into a document to get the picture, or into Finder or an email to get the file.
Each Recento Drop shelf with something on it gets a tab, so files you parked on a shelf can be pasted anywhere without dragging.
Press Return and the item is pasted into the app you were in. Press ⌘C to copy it without pasting, or Esc to close the bar.
Use ← and → to move along the row, Tab and Shift-Tab to change tab, and start typing to search what the current tab shows. Your hands never need to leave the keys.
Turn the collections, captures and shelves tabs on or off. A tab for a module you have switched off is left out rather than shown empty.

Recento Slide is included in the free version. The limits on what it shows come from the modules that feed it (for example, the free version of Recento Clipboard keeps 50 clips). Recento Pro is $9.99 a month after a 2 day free trial (cancel any time) or $99 once for a lifetime licence.
Plans, trial and refund terms are on the Recento Pro pricing section.
Recento Slide only shows what is already stored on your Mac by Recento Clipboard, Recento Snap and Recento Drop. It keeps no history of its own and sends nothing anywhere.
