1dot.ai wants you to be happy with FilesMagicAI. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. If you're not satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Trial Users: If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
• Paid Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Purchase date
• Transaction ID (from Paddle or Stripe)
• Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Process

• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• You can also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net for any billing or refund assistance.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

• Renewals after the initial 14‑day window.
• Any third‑party fees charged by payment processors.
