1. License Grant

1dot.ai grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use FilesMagicAI on your macOS devices, subject to these Terms.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual, billed via Paddle or Stripe.
• Trial Periods: If offered, limited to one per user.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time via our in‑app subscription settings or by contacting support at 1dotaidev@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid term; no partial refunds except as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in FilesMagicAI (including all code, designs, and trademarks) remain with 1dot.ai.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Use the app in violation of any law or third‑party rights.

6. Disclaimers

FilesMagicAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1dot.ai's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard‑of‑law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in‑app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
