Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's what you should know:
What We Store (Minimal Data)

- • License keys (if applicable)
- • Transaction records (retained for legal compliance)
What Our Apps Do NOT Collect
- • Your files or documents
- • App preferences and settings (stored locally)
- • Usage activity or browsing history
- • Location data
Most of our apps operate locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
How to Delete Your Account
Send a Deletion Request
To request account deletion, please send an email to our support team:

Subject: Delete Account - [App Name]
Include in your email:
• The app name (e.g., Recento, FilesMagicAI, Notes Exporter Pro)
• Your registered email address
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What to Expect
- • We'll verify your request and may ask for confirmation
- • Account deletion is typically processed within 7 business days
- • You'll receive a confirmation email once completed
- • Any active subscriptions should be canceled separately through the app store
Cancel Subscriptions First
If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them through the respective platform before requesting account deletion:
