Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any application developed by 1dot.ai. By installing, accessing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all applications developed and published by 1dot.ai, including apps distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS and macOS), Google Play Store (Android), and direct distribution. By using any of our applications, you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

1dot.ai grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on your devices, subject to these Terms. This license is:

• Personal Use: For personal, non-commercial purposes unless a commercial license is purchased.
• Device-Bound: Tied to your account and authorized devices as per platform guidelines.
• Revocable: We may terminate this license if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play) or through Paddle/Stripe for direct purchases.
• Subscription Plans: Monthly, annual, or lifetime options may be available depending on the application.
• Trial Periods: If offered, limited to one Trial per user/device.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before their next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings in the respective app store or by contacting support at support@1dot.ai.

• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid term.
• Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and platform policies.
• App Store and Play Store purchases are subject to Apple and Google refund policies respectively.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our applications lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not share, distribute, or resell your license or subscription.
• Not attempt to circumvent any licensing or security measures.
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or making purchases.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify the applications.
• Use the applications in violation of any law or third‑party rights.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the applications.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the applications to transmit harmful or malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our applications (including all code, designs, trademarks, and content) remain with 1dot.ai. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of our applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1DOT.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS FOR THE APPLICABLE APPLICATION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. App Store Compliance

Apple App Store

• These Terms are between you and 1dot.ai, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for our applications or their content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• Third-party beneficiary rights apply as required by Apple's terms.

Google Play Store

• These Terms are between you and 1dot.ai, not Google.
• Google is not responsible for our applications or their content.
• Support and maintenance are provided by 1dot.ai, not Google.

12. Updates & Support

We may release updates to improve functionality or address issues. Depending on your license type, updates may be included at no additional cost. Support is provided via email at support@1dot.ai.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of our applications.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to violations.
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1dot.ai regarding our applications.
